★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia non è stata un’esperienza piacevole, anche se all’inizio il venditore si è dimostrato disponibile, non mi ha fatto il preventivo al momento, mi ha detto che me l’avrebbe mandato via mail , dopo averlo ricevuto mancava la quotazione della mia vecchia auto, alla richiesta di una quotazione mi è stato detto che era difficile quotarlo ( macchina di 4 anni)… alla fine la macchina l’ho comprata da un altro ci cessionario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberto: ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, con calma mi ha spiegato ogni dettaglio dell'auto, senza fretta (come invece accaduto nei precedenti concessionari), mostrata in ogni dettaglio, chiarito i tempi eventuali di arrivo se avessi cambiato allestimento, test drive non possibile solo perché non era presente il modello. Di parola in quanto mi disse xhe da lì a 7gg sarebbe arrivata (era un ordine già in arrivo, mi è andata bene che era proprio come l'avrei scelta) e così è stato! Auto provata all'arrivo (prima della firma a conferma dell'acquisto) e alla consegna spiegazioni sul campo..a distanza di qualche gg mi richiama per chiedermi come fosse andata nei gg successivi..se questo non è aver cura del cliente anche a posteriori!!! Competitività nel prezzo..sarà pure piccola ma è GRANDE nell'attenzione che riserva! Il padre persona squisita, vecchio stampo e molto in gamba, un vulcano gentilissimo con le mie bimbe che aspettavano. Per la cronaca ho acquistato VOLVO. Consiglio di andare anche solo per un preventivo di confronto,non rimarrete delusi. Grazie di cuore ❤

Speaking as he told me xhe would arrive in 7 days (it was an order already on the way, I was happy that it was just how I would have chosen it) and so it was! Car tested on arrival (before signing to confirm the purchase) and on delivery explanations in the field .. after a few days he calls me back to ask me how it went in the following days .. if this is not taking care of the customer even in rear !!! Competitiveness in the price ... it may be small but it is BIG in the attention it reserves! The father is an exquisite person, old-fashioned and very smart, a very kind volcano with my little girls waiting. For the record I bought VOLVO. I recommend going even just for a comparison quote, you won't be disappointed. Heartfelt thanks ❤
