★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo di controllare un rumore proveniente dalla zona anteriore della macchina e, dopo aver velocemente controllato il veicolo, mi dicono che uno degli ammortizzatori è scoppiato e che avrei dovuto cambiarli entrambi, ovviamente, alla modica cifra di 400 euro circa. Sento il parere di un secondo meccanico che risolve tutti i rumori semplicemente stringendo due bulloni allentati a prezzo zero. Offrire la soluzione più costosa che sicuramente permette di risolvere il problema a colpo sicuro non è la strategia migliore.
I ask to check for a noise coming from the front area of the car and, after having quickly checked the vehicle, they tell me that one of the shock absorbers has blown and that I should have changed both, obviously, for the modest sum of around 400 euros. I hear the opinion of a second mechanic who fixes all the noises simply by tightening two loose bolts at zero price. Offering the most expensive solution that surely solves the problem without fail is not the best strategy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon servizio però, causa protocollo covid, ho avuto il Abbiamo dovuto aspettare il nostro veicolo fuori dal negozio e faceva abbastanza freddo, ma il servizio del meccanico è estremamente gentile, cortese ed educato, ci ha guidato nella manutenzione della nostra auto.
