c	christian olidan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi sono venuto per un tagliando in offerta a 129€ e revisione a 70€, mi hanno chiesto se voglio cambiare anche il filtro carburante, visto che non è mai stato cambiato, a 50€ in più ho detto va bene. sono tornato il pomeriggio e mi ha dato una fattura di quasi 390€!!! mi ha spiegato che hanno cambiato anche il filtro antipolline a 50€ più sanificazione a 12€ e smaltimento rifuiti e materiale consumo minuteria a 10€ tutti più iva. è riuscito far scendere la fattura a 335€ metendo degli sconti. mi aspettavo pagare 250€ per un tagliando, revisione e filtro carburante e ho pagato molto di più!! questa è l'ultima volta che vado li!!! mai mai mai più!! today I came for a coupon on offer at 129 € and overhaul at 70 €, they asked me if I also want to change the fuel filter, since it has never been changed, at 50 € more I said okay. Ritirato in concessionaria con 0 km di autonomia, non pretendevo tanto ma con più di 30 mila euro di macchina almeno 5 euro di gasolio. La vettura non è stata nemmeno pulita, sulla carrozzeria e sui vetri c'era tutta la colla degli adesivi, come sui cerchi e sulle plastiche all'interno. Dopo circa 8000 km gli pneumatici di serie hanno cominciato a sgretolarsi, fatto presente alla concessionaria, dopo aver fatto le foto ed essere passati ormai 6 mesi mi dicono che la casa madre degli pneumatici non risponde. Quindi sono costretto a dover sostituire gli pneumatici dopo 15000 k. Ho atteso quasi un anno prima di lasciare una recensione negativa, ma la storia degli pneumatici a mio avviso è inaccettabile. A questo punto mi spiace ma si vede la poca serietà di una concessionaria. Ordered a Ford Ranger, delivered late but given the period it can fit. So I'm forced to have to replace the tires after 15000k. I waited almost a year before leaving a negative review, but the tire story is unacceptable to me. At this point I'm sorry but you can see the lack of seriousness of a dealership.
