★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza e mancanza di professionalità e comunicazione . Sono stato da loro per un semplice cambio di batteria ( acquistata da me ) . Dopo l’installazione della nuova batteria chiedevo cosa fosse la spia del motore accesa e senza prima informami del prezzo l’addetto prendeva autonomamente il pc della diagnostica e resettava la spia. La sorpresa arriva al pagamento : ben 53€ per aver montato una batteria e fatto 2 clik sul pc , 10 minuti totali. Spero vi possiate vergognare .
Rispondo così alla vostra replica in basso : presentarsi senza appuntamento ne consegue un sovrapprezzo ? Visto che in quel momento non c’era praticamente nessuno . Poi.. un’attività che non ero in grado di fare ? Grazie al piffero voi cosa ci siete a fare ? E ancora .. strumentazione di primaria marca ? Cosa vuol dire ? Non avete fatto altro che resettare una spia .. non state spaccando atomi .
Infine ..manodopera e tutto in resto io la pago volentieri .. ma al giusto prezzo .
Bad experience and lack of professionalism and communication. I went to them for a simple battery change (bought by me). After installing the new battery, I asked what the engine light was on and without first informing me of the price, the assistant independently took the diagnostic PC and reset the light. The surprise comes at the payment: 53 € for having mounted a battery and made 2 clicks on the pc, 10 minutes total. I hope you are ashamed.
This is how I respond to your reply below: Does showing up without an appointment result in a surcharge? Since at that time there was practically no one. Then .. an activity that I was not able to do? Thanks to the fife what are you there to do? And again .. primary brand instrumentation? What does it mean ? All you have done is reset a spy ... you are not smashing atoms.
Finally .. labor and everything else I pay it willingly .. but at the right price.

Macchina riconsegnata con danni interni sulla pelle della portiera.
Riconsegnata senza assistenza e spiegazione da parte del meccanico inoltre recuperata in autonomia dal parcheggio.
Pessima esperienza.
The dealer offered me to replace a component of the car (part of the gearbox) trying to make me pay more than double.
Car returned with internal damage to the door skin.
Returned without assistance and explanation by the mechanic, also recovered autonomously from the parking lot.
Bad experience.
