Sono stati cordiali, ahimè, probabilmente la mia prox auto non potrò comprarla solo diesel, ma dopo le esaurienti info, credo che la GLB 2.000 D IBRIDA farà al caso mio. I went in out of pure curiosity, I wanted to see the GLB 2.000 DIESEL HYBRID, they were kind and clear in the technical explanations, I am a convinced diesel driver and I wanted to know about the diesel / hybrid technologies. Inutile che mi rispondete il suo nome non e in database, oppure stiamo gestendo la sua pratica oppure contatti servizio clienti, altrimenti faccio screnn vostra chat melissa e la pubblico siete vergognosi, già passato cliente bmw andate a raccogliere pomodori che è meglio.nb. se invece li contatti per un lavoro che paghi sono liberi oggi. Si sono letteralmente fatti le loro chiacchiere di gruppo mentre come un ebete stavo ad attendere il loro arrivo. Ovviamente mi avevano visto. Vendete Mercedes, signori, ma questo non significa potere tenere atteggiamenti del genere. Siete molto poco professionali ed anche poco educati. Mi auguro la recensione possa servire a cambiare questo atteggiamento, peraltro già riscontrato. Non basta essere vestiti firmati da testa a piedi se poi si scade al lato pratico del lavoro. Un suggerimento al management: correggete l’errore oppure fate cambiare lavoro a questa gente. Mi duole solo per i ragazzi dell’officina, eccellenti in termini di professionalità e meticolosità nello svolgere i loro lavori. Credo proprio che cambierò concessionario per quanto riguarda l’acquisto del nuovo e per il service post vendita. Alla faccia dello spot: “Mercedes, the best or nothing”. I would suggest to keep your feet on the ground, especially to the sellers. They literally had their group chatter while like a fool I waited for their arrival. Obviously they had seen me. You sell Mercedes, gentlemen, but that does not mean that you can hold such attitudes. You are very unprofessional and also not very polite. I hope the review can help change this attitude, which has already been found. It's not enough to be designer clothes from head to toe if you then expire to the practical side of work. A tip to management: correct the mistake or make these people change jobs. It only hurts me for the guys in the workshop, who are excellent in terms of professionalism and meticulousness in carrying out their jobs.
