★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti venduti da questa ditta sono molto carini peccato che purtroppo la cortesia e la disponibilità nel venire incontro a un nuovo cliente non sia nelle regole basilari dei loro rappresentanti. Sono stata trattata con sufficienza e quasi dando fastidio. Capisco che essendo nuova cliente non avendo un grosso volume di affari probabilmente non avrei portato chissà quale fatturato all'azienda ma non è giusto trattare così un nuovo cliente.
The products sold by this company are very nice. Unfortunately, the courtesy and willingness to meet a new customer is not in the basic rules of their representatives. I was treated with disdain and almost annoying. I understand that being a new customer, not having a large volume of business, I probably would not have brought who knows what turnover to the company but it is not right to treat a new customer like this.
