Purtroppo la macchina non avava il libretto tagliandi, la frizione da sostituire e le condizioni generali non buone.... Devo dire che il venditore Matteo era molto simpatico e disponibile, ma la auto era una delusione We drove 300 kilometers to see a car. Unfortunately the car did not have the service book, the clutch to be replaced and the general conditions not good .... I must say that the salesman Matteo was very nice and helpful, but the car was a disappointment

Visto che la garanzia contrattuale è di un anno ho chiesto almeno un parziale rimborso che la concessionaria ha rifiutato dichiarando che al momento della consegna funzionava perfettamente. Esperienza pessima,non mi vedranno mai più. I bought a BMW 318 d with 57000 km about a year ago, after 10 months I had serious damage to the injection pump and for the replacement I had to spend the beauty of 4400 € out of my own pocket. Since the contractual guarantee is for one year, I asked for at least a partial refund which the dealership refused, stating that it was working perfectly at the time of delivery. Bad experience, they will never see me again.
