EVITATE VENDITORI NON AFFIDABILI E SCORRETTI
In data 28/10/21 vengo contattato da venditore di nome Massimo per acquistare la mia auto.
Durante la conversazione mi viene presentato altro venditore di nome Luca con il quale concordiamo prezzo, mi assicura invio di acconto di € 1.000.
Sollecita più volte l' invio del mio IBAN, faccio presente che attendo invio del contratto per leggerlo.
Nel pomeriggio ricevo dalla loro mail aziendale contratto firmato e nel corpo della mail impegno a comprare la mia auto.
La mattina successiva invio copia firmata anche da me con mio IBAN per ricevere acconto concordato.
Per mia serietà e per dimostrare che dico il vero posso fornire il tutto, ne ho conservata copia.
Ricontatto il giorno dopo 29/10/21 e mi si dice che procederanno il 02/11/21.
Richiamo io il 02/11/21 e mi si dice che non intendono procedere in quanto nessuno può venire da me in Toscana a ritirare la macchina.
Mi rendo disponibile a portarla io, detto questo mi si dice che cercano altre vetture.
Anche di questo se necessario posso fornire conversazione What's App, ho copia dello scritto con il venditore Massimo.
Consiglio fortemente di stare alla larga da questi soggetti, venditori INAFFIDABILI e SCORRETTI.
Mi auguro che questo possa essere di aiuto a chi cerca venditori corretti, quella non è una concessionaria seria.
Se cercate persone di parola e fiducia evitateli, FIDATEMI DI ME.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER
AVOID UNRELIABLE AND INCORRECT SELLERS
On 28/10/21 I was contacted by a seller named Massimo to buy my car.
During the conversation I am introduced to another seller named Luca with whom we agree on the price, he assures me of sending a deposit of € 1,000.
Request the sending of my IBAN several times, I would like to point out that I am waiting for the contract to be sent to read it.
In the afternoon I receive a signed contract from their company email and a commitment to buy my car in the body of the email.
The next morning I send a copy signed by me with my IBAN to receive the agreed down payment.
For my seriousness and to prove that I am telling the truth, I can provide everything, I have kept a copy.
I'll contact you the day after 29/10/21 and I'm told they will proceed on 02/11/21.
I'll call back on 02/11/21 and I am told that they do not intend to proceed as no one can come to me in Tuscany to collect the car.
I make myself available to take it myself, having said that I am told that they are looking for other cars.
Also of this if necessary I can provide What's App conversation, I have a copy of the writing with the seller Massimo.
I strongly recommend that you stay away from these subjects, UNRELIABLE and INCORRECT sellers.
I hope this can be of help to those looking for correct sellers, that is not a serious dealership.
