★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come perdere in cliente: chiamato questa mattina per prendere appuntamento per il pomeriggio per un preventivo e mi hanno detto che potevo andare liberamente. Attendo che si liberino e un venditore mi dice che dovevo prendere appuntamento e quindi mi indirizza verso il collega che sta finendo un cliente e ne ha un altro in attesa. Fin qui ok...il bello è che arrivano 2 signori dopo di me, senza appuntamento e gli chiedono di vedere delle macchine, ebbene il venditore si è dedicato a loro nonostante io fosse mezzora che ero lì ad aspettare e loro appena entrati. Tra l altro mi serviva il prezzo finale perché la macchina è quella che voglio comprare.
How to lose a customer: called this morning to make an appointment for the afternoon for a quote and they told me I could go freely. So far ok ... the beauty is that 2 gentlemen arrive after me, without an appointment and ask them to see the machines, well the seller is dedicated to them even though I was there waiting for half an hour and they just entered. Among other things, I needed the final price because the car is what I want to buy.

Sono arrivato con 10 min di anticipo e ho aspettato 25 min prima di andarmene.
Integro il commento: Ho poi scoperto che per me di Treviglio, AZ dava per scontato che l'appuntamento fosse a Bergamo. (Appuntamento fissato passando fisicamente dalla sede di Treviglio)
Probabilmente a Bergamo sono bravi, ma questo post è per OPEL a Treviglio
