★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze Peugeot Express van 2 jaar oud heeft een week geleden nog een zomer check-up gehad en alle onderhoud plus de mypeugeot card dus wij gaan ervan uit dat de super voorbereid naar Italië konden gaan helaas is dat niet het geval geweest na vier uurtjes rijden en aangekomen in Duitsland is de airco ermee gestopt Wij moesten toch verder want wij hadden een gesprek in Italië en moest daar op tijd zijn dus dan maar zonder airco naar Italië .
Wel gebeld met Peugeot maar wij werden helaas niet geholpen.
Tijdens de rit naar Italië liepen de temperaturen ook op naar 35 graden .
Door de vele wegwerkzaamheden moesten wij regelmatig alles bij elkaar wel 8 uur in de file en dat was werkelijk afzien.
Na ons gesprek hebben wij een Peugeot dealer opgezocht helaas had deze geen werkplaats maar stuurde ons door naar een garage 500 meter verderop.
De Peugeot dealer had de garage al ingelicht toen wij aankwamen werden wij direct geholpen.
Alles met uitgelezen en helaas was de airco pomp stuk en moest er een nieuwe komen.
Dat duurde 24 voor dat de pomp er was.
Dus wij een hotel gezocht tot wij gebeld zouden worden door de garage.
De volgende dag werden wij netjes gebeld de pomp was binnen.
Dus wij naar de garage en weer werd er direct aan onze auto begonnen.
Omdat wij helemaal nat en bezweet waren werden wij in het kantoor in het kantoor neer gezet met airconditioning heerlijk.
Oude pomp eruit nieuwe pomp alles bijgevuld binnen een uur was alles klaar .
Ik kan niet anders zeggen wij echt een super service hebben gehad echt top .
Ik moest afrekenen €500 alles er op en er aan.

During the drive to Italy the temperatures also rose to 35 degrees.
Due to the many road works, we regularly had to spend up to 8 hours in a traffic jam and that was really hard.
After our conversation, we visited a Peugeot dealer, unfortunately, he did not have a workshop, but sent us to a garage 500 meters away.
The Peugeot dealer had already informed the garage when we arrived, we were immediately helped.
Everything with excellent and unfortunately the air conditioning pump was broken and a new one had to come.
It took 24 hours for the pump to arrive.
So we looked for a hotel until we would be called by the garage.
The next day we were nicely called the pump was in.
So we went to the garage and again our car was immediately started.
Because we were all wet and sweaty, we were put in the office in the office with air conditioning wonderful.
Old pump out new pump everything refilled within an hour everything was ready.
I can only say we really had a super service, really top.
I had to pay €500 everything on it.
