Ho fatto tutta la pratica, compreso finanziamento e vendita del mio usato, tramite e-mail senza dovere recarmi in concessionario, cosa di non poco conto data che abito al confine con la Svizzera. Il giorno del ritiro non ho perso tempo, tutto perfettamente organizzato e veloce. In un ora ho ritirato il veicolo e fatto il passaggio di proprietà dell'usato. Sono pienamente soddisfatto. I bought a used Alfa Giulia 2.2 160 hp. Salesmen Daniel and Alessandro were accurate, fast and efficient. I did all the paperwork, including financing and selling my used vehicle, by e-mail without having to go to the dealer, which is of no small importance given that I live on the border with Switzerland. On the day of the retreat I wasted no time, everything perfectly organized and fast. In an hour I collected the vehicle and made the change of ownership of the used vehicle. I am fully satisfied.

Qui, grazie a Marco e Alessandro , ho potuto avere la vettura , in una settimana dall' ordine, naturalmente auto in pronta consegna, ma sono rimasto stupito per la velocita' con cui hanno sbrigato i vari passaggi e targhe... ordinata il Lunedi' , dopo soli sette giorni auto in garage.... R	R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle peggiori esperienze mai vissute. Tutto molto bello finchè non si decide il prezzo e si paga la caparra, poi parte la presa in giro. Con scuse assurde è stata ritardata la consegna (quando sarebbe bastato definire sin da subito una data e rispettarla), dopo la consegna mi accorgo di palesi difetti: dapprima si sminuisce la mia segnalazione per poi correre ai ripari con sistemazioni sbrigative e alcune addirittura peggiorative. Ho fatto avanti e indietro diverse volte dall'officina per scoprire che quanto richiesto era stato fatto male. Infine, riesco con difficoltà e ulteriori prese in giro ad ottenere quanto concordato. La vettura di per se è un prodotto eccellente, è il resto ad essere assolutamente inadeguato e irrispettoso nei confronti del cliente. Aggiornamento: non sono Daniele, sono un altro cliente insoddisfatto che non ha MAI ricevuto scuse da parte del personale Baccanelli One of the worst experiences ever lived. All very nice until the price is decided and the deposit is paid, then the mockery starts. With absurd excuses the delivery was delayed (when it would have been enough to define a date immediately and respect it), after the delivery I notice obvious defects: at first my report is diminished and then run for cover with hasty and some even pejorative arrangements. I went back and forth to the shop several times to find that what was requested had been done wrong. Finally, with difficulty and further teasing, I manage to obtain what was agreed. The car itself is an excellent product, the rest is absolutely inadequate and disrespectful towards the customer. Update: I'm not Daniele, I'm another dissatisfied customer who has NEVER received an apology from the Baccanelli staff
