★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolare molto scortese mi ha fatto passare per un deficente dicendo che ero stato imbrogliato per telefono e che il mio contratto era fasullo; Poi mi dice"ma lei non guarda le iene". La cosa comuque si è rivelata non vera, ho chiamato il servizio clienti tim e mio contratto risultava regolare e non ho mai avuto sorprese nelle fatture a detta sua;anzi si sono stupiti che in un loro centro assistenza ci si comporti così con i clienti.
 Very rude owner made me look like a moron saying that I had been cheated by phone and that my contract was fake; Then he says "but she doesn't look at the hyenas". The common thing turned out to be not true, I called tim customer service and my contract turned out to be regular and I never had any surprises in the invoices according to him, in fact they were surprised that in one of their assistance centers we would behave like that with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa molto lunghi (ci sono stato più volte) anche perché è uno dei pochi nella zona. L'esposizione interna del negozio è molto trascurata e non fornita. Il personale cordiale, ma spesso risulta lento per le lunghe file che si ritrovano (colpa anche dei clienti che spesso si rivolgono loro per informazioni facilmente reperibili altrove). Molti parcheggi disponibili nelle vicinanze di cui alcuni non a pagamento.
Very long waiting times (I've been there several times) also because it is one of the few in the area. The internal display of the shop is very neglected and not provided. The staff are friendly, but are often slow due to the long lines that meet (also the fault of the customers who often turn to them for information easily available elsewhere). Many parking spaces available nearby, some of which are free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L unico centro Tim a cui faccio affidamento, per ogni cosa. Le dipendenti sono molto preparate e efficienti su ogni cosa ,dal cambio tariffa adatta a te fino al servizio telefono fisso . Hanno pazienza e trasmettono un senso di fiducia .se vuoi ordinare un cellulare che non hanno in casa , lo puoi fare, idem le cover , e si possono pagare molti telefonini (anche gli ultimi iPhone appena usciti ) a rate !Cosa volere di più ? Consigliato.
The only Tim center I rely on, for everything. The employees are very prepared and efficient on everything, from the rate change suitable for you to the landline service. They have patience and they transmit a sense of trust. If you want to order a cell phone that they don't have at home, you can do it, ditto the covers, and you can pay for many mobile phones (even the latest iPhones just released) in installments! What more could you want? Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo con altri clienti. Le impiegate gentilissime sempre . Il titolare dovrebbe ingentilirsi di più senza strasbordare con frasi inutile e affermazioni poco simpatiche. Stia nel professionale senza pensare che siano tutti stupidi.
A volte inutile replicare e rimanere calmi come le sue impiegate senza perdersi in commenti poco adatti.
I agree with other customers. The very kind employees always. The owner should soften himself more without overflowing with useless phrases and unpleasant statements. Stay professional without thinking that everyone is stupid.
Sometimes it is useless to reply and remain calm like his employees without getting lost in unsuitable comments.

Lo avevo prenotato in precedenza via telefono che poi sono stato contattato tempestivamente al arrivo di questo in negozio. La commessa è stata molto gentile e alla fine mi ha fatto anche la cortesia di farmi pacco regalo ? visto che era un regalo. Esperienza molto positiva!
I went to get a phone that practically before Christmas was nowhere to be found for that promotion. I had previously booked it by phone which I was then promptly contacted upon arrival at the store. The saleswoman was very kind and in the end she also did me the courtesy of giving me a gift package ? since it was a gift. Very positive experience!
