Il personale è gentilissimo, competente e disponibile. Il sig. Gianni ci ha seguito per tutte le pratiche richieste. Che dire di più? CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!
 I bought and installed the hood and sink. I then took advantage of the discount on the invoice for the air conditioner. I had assistance from start to post sales. The staff is very kind, competent and helpful. Mr. Gianni followed us for all the required paperwork. What more can I say? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su consiglio di conoscenti (non sono della zona ma ho qui dei parenti di cui mi devo occupare) mi sono rivolta a Radio Gianni. L'esperienza è stata veramente soddisfacente, a partire dall'assistenza in negozio, la qualità dei prodotti e le consegne a domicilio.
Personale preparato, competente e soprattutto, dote rara, molto gentili e pazienti. La scelta dei prodotti è vasta ma in ogni caso ottima, per tutti i gusti e le tasche.
Non aggiungo altro, sembrerebbe sia imparentata...!
Mi sembra doveroso un riconoscimento, continuate così.
On the advice of acquaintances (I am not from the area but I have relatives here I have to take care of) I turned to Radio Gianni. The experience was truly satisfying, starting with in-store assistance, product quality and home deliveries.
Trained, competent and above all, a rare gift, very kind and patient. The choice of products is vast but in any case excellent, for all tastes and budgets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è il grosso storie, ma puoi trovare ciò che cerchi, personale cordiale, efficiente e gentile. Prodotti anche con possibili garanzie prolungate, ed in caso di difetti sostituzione immediata. Gianni come sempre persona seria ed altamente professionale.
Not the big deal, but you can find what you are looking for, friendly, efficient and kind staff. Products also with possible extended warranties, and in case of defects immediate replacement. Gianni as always serious and highly professional person.

Non ho avuto una buona esperienza con il servizio di assistenza tecnica per una lavatrice zoppas poiché avevano contattato il servizio clienti Candy per errore e sono rimasto in attesa per 16giorni circa prima che il tecnico uscisse.
Per i computer consiglio sempre un buon tecnico che li assembli se si vuole potenza adeguata a un prezzo che non implichi una spesa sopra i 1000€.
Ho appena preso un cellulare di fascia bassa (un Xiaomi 10s) anche se a essere sinceri il ragazzo addetto ai cellulari mi aveva convinto a prendere un realmi GT master edition ma a essere sinceri, per l'uso di solo gioco, sarebbe stato uno spreco di soldi.
Nel complesso persone cordiali, oneste nella esposizione dei propri prodotti.
Apprezzabile l'impiego di personale giovane (e nonostante ciò preparato).
Per quanto mi possa permettere consiglio di migliorare il servizio post vendita.

I have not had a good experience with technical support for a zoppas washing machine as they had contacted Candy customer service by mistake and I was on hold for about 16 days before the technician came out.
For computers, I always recommend a good technician to assemble them if you want adequate power at a price that does not involve an expense above 1000 €.
I just got a low-end mobile phone (a Xiaomi 10s) even if to be honest the guy in charge of mobile phones had convinced me to take a realmi GT master edition but to be honest, for the use of only games, it would have been a waste of money.
Overall friendly people, honest in the display of their products.
The use of young (and nevertheless prepared) staff is appreciable.
As far as I can afford, I recommend improving the after-sales service.
