Sono poi tornato per un ricambio del mio frigorifero e la Signora che accoglie è stata gentilissima e in 4 giorni ho avuto il mio pezzo a un prezzo competitivo. Se avete qualsiasi problema con il vostro elettrodomestico rivolgetevi a loro. Consigliatissimo. Bravi!
I had a problem with my Kobold and in about half an hour they fixed it for me. Prepared and very professional technicians.
I then returned for a replacement of my fridge and the lady who welcomes was very kind and in 4 days I had my piece at a competitive price. If you have any problems with your appliance please contact them. Highly recommended. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ho chiamato in negozio per un folletto e dopo aver parlato con il tecnico mi sono recato in negozio ho atteso un'ora e avendo trovato il motore da sostituire mi ha chiamato e dopo avermi illustrato il problema ho acconsentito alla sostituzione questo dimostra l'onestà del tecnico che dire non tutti ti riparano subito gli elettrodomestici. Mi sono trovato veramente bene molta professionalità prezzi onesti ve lo consiglio!!! Ah il folletto l'ha consegnato e ritirato mia moglie Angela

Ho portato la scopa elettrica Folletto alle 10.00 di mattina, alle 16 ho avuto il preventivo e alle 18.00 l'ho ritirata. Sono esterefatto! Magari tutti i servizi si avvicinassero anche soltanto un po' a questo. E il tutto con un prezzo onestissimo e una garanzia biennale.
Ringrazio di cuore gli operatori e consiglio a chiunque ne abbia bisogno di rivolgersi a questi eccellenti professionisti.

Incredible level of efficiency!
I brought the Kobold electric broom at 10.00 in the morning, at 16 I had the quote and at 18.00 I collected it. I am amazed! Hopefully all the services came even a little closer to this. And all with a very honest price and a two-year warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna non fidarsi di questo posto, ho portato il ferro da stiro a vapore a controllare, pagato 10 euro per revisione e quando sono andata a ritirarla la risposta è stata ch'era da buttare, niente da fare, ma ci hanno offerto quelle che vendono loro ovviamente, non abbiamo comperato niente e arrivando a casa controllo ancora giusto per curiosità e trovo che mancano tutte le viti, pezzi che compongono il ferro e addirittura hanno tagliato un tubo, si vede proprio tagliato. MAI PORTARE NIENTE DI QUESTI BUGIARDI!
This place is not to be trusted, I took the steam iron to check, paid 10 euros for overhaul and when I went to collect it the answer was that it was thrown away, nothing to do, but they offered us the ones they sell they obviously, we have not bought anything and arriving home I still check just out of curiosity and I find that all the screws are missing, pieces that make up the iron and even cut a pipe, you can see it cut. NEVER BRING ANY OF THESE LIES!
