★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è caduto il portatile, un disastro!!! Me lo hanno aggiustato, cambiando hard-disk e rimettendo su tutto il software possibile per una cifra più che più che ragionevole (il doppio "più che" non è un errore). In tempi record. Gentilissimi e bravissimi.
I dropped my laptop, a disaster !!! They fixed it for me, changing hard drives and putting all the software back on for a more than reasonable amount (twice the "more than" is not a mistake). In record time. Dear and talented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno detto che potevamo sistemare la mia Playstation. L'hanno tenuta per un mese durante il quale mi hanno prima scambiato i pezzi con quelli di un'altra Playstation che avevano in riparazione e me l'hanno ridata non funzionante. Poi mi hanno chiamato per dirmi che mi avevano dato la Playstation di un altro ragazzo. Quando l'ho riportata da loro mi hanno risolto il problema iniziale, ma hanno danneggiato qualcos'altro. In conclusione volevano 55€ per il danno riparato e 30€ in più per riparare il danno provocato da loro. Ovviamente mi sono ripreso la Playstation non riparata senza pagarli un euro. Non sapevano nemmeno spiegare bene cosa avevano combinato, più volte ho visto telefoni smontati sul tavolo in una confusione totale. Sono dei ragazzini poco professionali che non sanno nemmeno quello che fanno.
They told me we could fix my Playstation. They kept it for a month during which they first exchanged the pieces with those of another Playstation that they had under repair and gave it back to me not working. Then they called me to tell me that they had given me another boy's Playstation. When I brought it back to them they solved my initial problem, but they damaged something else. In conclusion they wanted 55 € for the repaired damage and 30 € more to repair the damage caused by them. Obviously I took back the unrepaired Playstation without paying them a euro. They could not even explain exactly what they had done, several times I saw phones disassembled on the table in total confusion. They are unprofessional kids who don't even know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ porto un samsung galaxy A5 con vetro rotto a riparare alle 2 del pomeriggio. Mi dicono che in 2/3 ore è pronto. Ho avuto il telefono alle 8 di sera. Il problema è che avevano finito la colla, quindi sarei dovuto tornare il giorno dopo per finire il lavoro. Nel frattempo non si trovava più la memoria SD (tutti i piccoli pezzi dei cellulari in riparazione sono sparsi sui vari tavoli, disorganizzazione massima), e due clienti nel negozio hanno avuto i backup dei loro iphone invertiti.
Ritorno il giorno dopo per finire il lavoro, sembra tutto ok.
Dopo 1 settimana inizia ad alzarsi il vetro, con conseguente rottura progressiva dei cristalli liquidi.
Torno per far sistemare il problema (non avevano incollato bene il vetro) ma mi dicono che il problema non è loro, e che ci vogliono 180 euro per il cambio del vetro + display (oltre ai 70 già spesi per il solo vetro).
Poco affidabili, disorganizzati e disonesti.
Mi sarei aspettato una riparazione in garanzia del danno da loro causato.
I take a samsung galaxy A5 with broken glass to repair at 2pm. They tell me that in 2/3 hours it is ready. I got the phone at 8pm. Problem is, they ran out of glue, so I would have to come back the next day to finish the job. In the meantime, the SD memory was no longer available (all the small pieces of the mobile phones being repaired are scattered on the various tables, maximum disorganization), and two customers in the shop had their iPhone backups reversed.
I come back the next day to finish the job, everything seems ok.
After 1 week the glass begins to rise, with consequent progressive breaking of the liquid crystals.
I come back to fix the problem (they hadn't glued the glass well) but they tell me that the problem is not theirs, and that it takes 180 euros to change the glass + display (in addition to the 70 already spent on the glass alone).
Unreliable, disorganized and dishonest.
I would have expected a warranty repair of the damage they caused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata davvero bene, se avrò problemi informatici in futuro mi rivolgerò sempre a loro. Avevo un notebook acer che non dava segni di vita con alcune problematiche pregresse. Ho contatto il tecnico di Pc Lab Service, gli l ho portato a visionare. Dopo un giorno mi ha richiamata spiegandomi il problema e proponendomi una riparazione elettronica. Ho accettato il prezzo e mi ha riparato il pc includendomi anche una batteria nuova. Ora posso utilizzare nel pieno delle potenzialità il mio computer, non posso che esser soddisfatta e gli farò buona pubblicità.
I was really happy, if I have IT problems in the future I will always contact them. I had an Acer notebook that showed no signs of life with some previous issues. I contacted the Pc Lab Service technician, I took him to view. After a day he called me back explaining the problem and proposing an electronic repair. I accepted the price and he fixed my pc including a new battery. Now I can use my computer to its full potential, I can only be satisfied and I will make good publicity for it.

Il pc non funzionava più ed era andato in RECOVERY, mi sono affidata a loro per far installare nuovamente il sistema operativo ma, oltre a non aver installato il sistema operativo richiesto, la macchina non lavorava bene dovendo così spendere altri soldi presso un altro negozio e loro non hanno risposto al pessimo lavoro svolto!
fast but unsatisfactory service! The pc no longer worked and went to RECOVERY, I relied on them to have the operating system installed again but, in addition to not having installed the required operating system, the machine was not working well, thus having to spend more money at another store and they did not respond to the bad job done!
