Molto bravo il capo officina e i sui collaboratori (quelli che in qualche modo si relazionano con i clienti ovviamente). Se posso dire, un area di miglioramento è quella dell'accoglienza/ gestione rapporto telefonico col cliente. Un po' troppo freddo e burocratico. Ho visionato un'auto lo scorso sabato e fatto un'offerta dopo qualche ora, in giornata. Di tutta risposta, il venditore mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere tra lunedì sera e martedì, in quanto aveva altri appuntamenti presi e che avrebbe venduto l'auto al migliore offerente, dicendo che avrebbe considerato la mia offerta e senza proporre nessuna cifra alternativa per chiudere l'acquisto. Chiedo ovviamente, nonostante la mia sorpresa per questo approccio, di essere ricontattato in caso di offerta successiva per valutare un possibile rilancio avendo fatto un'offerta per primo. Non ricevo nessuna telefonata, oggi richiamo e mi viene comunicato che l'auto è stata venduta ad un altro acquirente. Ora, nonostante l'offerta successiva fosse stata chiaramente diversa dalla mia (io ho offerto poco più di 14k, l'acquirente ha chiuso a 16k), ritengo aberrante come non sia stato nemmeno ricontattato per valutare un possibile rilancio, mostrando una totale mancanza di serietà verso la mia proposta e le mie possibili intenzioni.
