A metà gennaio porto questa cintura usata una volta e subito rovinata, la procedura prevede che debba essere spedita e, solo dopo le disposizioni aziendali sarà possibile effettuare il cambio o ricevere di nuovo l'articolo eventualmente sistemato. E fin qui tutto bene se non fosse che il 21 aprile, dopo diverse telefonate quasi minatorie, mi informano che posso andare ad effettuare il cambio. Prima di andare in negozio mi sono mossa tramite mail ma l'azienda non ha mai risposto. Vi siete persi in un bicchiere......... vuoto! Dovreste cercare di mantenere il contatto anche con il cliente altrimenti potete togliere i vostri recapiti dal sito! 1 stella perché con meno non avrei potuto scrivere la recensione! La cliente della cintura rossa! PS: IL NUMERO DEL NEGOZIO SUL GOOGLE È SBAGLIATO, PER AVERLO HO DOVUTO CHIAMARE IL CENTRO COMMERCIALE!!!!!!!!
