Tanti problemi per un servizio fornito molto discutibile, per le spedizioni meglio DHL... state alla larga da questo Ufficio Postale, non vedranno più nemmeno un euro da parte mia! La peggiore esperienza. Manderò un reclamo a Roma. E per di più hanno ridotto l'orario a mezza giornata,costringendo la gente a fare ore ed ore di fila, senza aver la certezza di riuscire ad entrare.Scandaloso essere un ufficio in un quartiere con elevata densità di popolazione, e non aver preso adeguati provvedimenti per fronteggiare l'emergenza. Invio 1/6/2021, al 24/6/2021 sul sistema di tracciamento (come da immagine) non risulta nemmeno in transito... Avessi fatto una spedizione semplice avrei speso meno e avuto lo stesso servizio. Sending a letter to Germany with Priority Mail. Sending 1/6/2021, to 24/6/2021 on the tracking system (as shown in the image) is not even in transit ... Had I made a simple shipment I would have spent less and had the same service.

Risponde l'impiegata vicina di sportello ad alta voce e con tono arrogante e maleducato "perchè non vi basta venire di mattina?". Ho telefonato al direttore il quale mi dice "ma lei chiede queste cose, ho altro da fare" e chiude la telefonata. Infatti sembrava che io dovessi scansionare l’etichetta del mio pacco prepagato Quando ho sollevato il pacco affinché il dispositivo potesse leggerne i codici, sono stata aggredita verbalmente dalle impiegate degli sportelli 4 e 5 che hanno urlato:”ma cosa fa?” come due pazze! Sicuramente non tornerò mai più in questo ufficio postale nel quale avevo avuto già modo di constatare la maleducazione e l’incompetenza di alcuni dipendenti!! These 2 stars are for a young man which was at the door and helping everyone, he was fast and much productive that others.
