Dopo 3 ore di chiamate mi risponde un operatore al telefono, non sapendo rispondere alle mie due richieste, inventandosi mille scuse e dicendo che è dalle 8.30 di mattina che risponde al telefono, scocciato. E riaggancia pure il telefono dopo la seconda richiesta.
Maleducati, cafoni e incompetenti. Bel servizio
