Ho tel al servizio clienti che ha una tariffa oraria superiore a €1( mi sembra €1.28 che è veramente tanto) e mi hanno tenuto in attesa 7 minuti dicendomi praticamente ogni minuto che sarei stata la prima a parlare con un operatore ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta dall'altra parte. E così al 7° minuto mi sono sentita così presa in giro che ho interrotto la telefonata. Indecente. Bad. Forced to give a star because there is no zero rating. I tel to customer service which has an hourly rate higher than € 1 (it seems to me € 1.28 which is really a lot) and they kept me waiting for 7 minutes telling me practically every minute that I would be the first to speak to an operator but I never received no response from the other side. And so in the 7th minute I felt so teased that I cut off the call. Indecent.

Siamo già oltre una settimana di ritardo ed il pacco è sempre "in transito" all' Hub Nord ! impossibile avere risposte dal servizio clienti ! Be more honest when declaring delivery times! If you know that you are unable to respect them, do not deceive people. We are already over a week late and the package is always "in transit" at the North Hub! impossible to get answers from customer service!
M	Marco Benardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe quasi divertente assistere al simpatico balletto di questo povero pacco, rimbalzato da ben 16 giorni da un centro di smistamento all'altro, ma purtroppo si tratta di merce di urgente necessità, oltre che delicata. Chissà quando e come avrò la merce... Sono senza parole per l'ennesimo disservizio ad opera della premiata ditta Poste Italiane - SDA, l'unica che quasi ogni volta riesce a procurarmi seri disagi. In questo caso si tratta di un pacchetto spedito da soli 33 km da casa mia (provincia di Milano) e che nonostante la vicinanza compare a giorni alterni presso l'HUB Espresso di Bologna (!). Mi sarebbe convenuto perdere ore di lavoro e recarmi personalmente dal venditore, ma avevo sottovalutato la possibilità di finire ancora una volta nelle grinfie di Poste. Sono sinceramente senza parole per questo ennesimo disservizio. A completare un quadro desolante, la risposta assurda dal servizio di assistenza di Poste, al quale avevo scritto alcuni giorni fa: deve essere il mittente a contattarli, in quanto - in soldoni - il cliente di Poste è lui. Io, evidentemente, non sono che un rompiscatole passato di qua per caso. It would be almost fun to watch the nice ballet of this poor package, bounced for 16 days from one sorting center to another, but unfortunately these are goods of urgent need, as well as delicate. Who knows when and how I will get the goods ... I am speechless for yet another disservice by the award-winning company Poste Italiane - SDA, the only one that almost every time manages to cause me serious inconvenience. In this case it is a package sent only 33 km from my home (province of Milan) and which, despite its proximity, appears every other day at the Bologna Express HUB (!). It would have been better for me to lose hours of work and go personally to the seller, but I had underestimated the possibility of ending up once again in the clutches of Poste. I am sincerely speechless for this umpteenth disservice. To complete a bleak picture, the absurd response from the Poste assistance service, to which I wrote a few days ago: it must be the sender who contacted them, as - in a nutshell - he is the customer of Poste. Obviously, I am nothing but a pain in the ass passed here by chance.

Mi chiedo se il citofono non va come pensa di avvisarmi? I have a broken intercom and a nice message showing the telephone number for intercom failure and two delivery attempts. I wonder if the intercom is not going as it plans to warn me?
A	Alessandro Castiglioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto un ordine dalla Spagna. Una volta che il pacco è uscito dalla Spagna ed è stato preso in carico da loro in 3 giorni è arrivato a casa. Non ero presente la prima volta per il ritiro, ma sono ripassati il giorno successivo di prima mattina. Molto soddisfatto. Made an order from Spain. Once the package left Spain and was picked up by them in 3 days it arrived home. I was not present the first time for the retreat, but they came back the next day early in the morning. Very satisfied.

Mai avuto problemi con altri corrieri, con questi alla prima spedizione importante, il pacco (neanche piccolo) si è misteriosamente volatilizzato al centro si smistamento e, oltre al costo di spedizione, ho dovuto risarcire l'acquirente per oltre 300€ ... ...quotidiani i solleciti senza riscontro... miserabili
G	Gianluca Saturno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assolutamente disgustoso. Essere insultato al telefono dal corriere perché non trovava la via, per poi prendersi il pacco e sparire. Pacco mai arrivato. Spendete quei 50c in più e scegliete un corriere serio se volete che il pacco arrivi a destinazione. Absolutely disgusting service. Being insulted on the phone by the courier because he could not find the way, only to take the package and disappear. Parcel never arrived. Spend that extra 50c and choose a serious courier if you want the package to arrive at its destination.

Peccato che l'indirizzo è quello del mio ufficio in cui lavorano 200 persone, con receptionist sempre disponibile a ritirare la posta per i dipendenti. Mi chiedo come sia possibile non trovare nessuno in ufficio in centro città per due giorni consecutivi... inutile dire che il secondo passaggio non è stato neanche lontanamente concordato con la sottoscritta. Terribile e assolutamente non consigliato. Bad service, the courier pretends to pass and find no one at home. Too bad that the address is that of my office where 200 people work, with a receptionist always available to collect mail for employees. I wonder how it is possible not to find anyone in the office in the city center for two consecutive days ... needless to say that the second step was not even remotely agreed with myself. Terrible and absolutely not recommended.
