 I called customer service several times for packages that were supposed to arrive, and since they weren't at home, I preferred to proceed with a firm deposit! in both cases called kind and helpful operators

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call center totalmente inefficiente. 32 minuti di attesa per parlare con un operatore per un reclamo per sentirti dire che devo provare che il pacco rientrava negli standard di quella tariffa.
Prima e ultima volta!!!!
Totally inefficient call center. 32 minute wait to speak to an operator about a complaint to be told that I need to prove that the package was within the standards of that rate.
First and last time !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50Kg di merce per oltre 600€ di valore e 100€ di costo di spedizione partiti dalla Germania oltre un mese fa e spariti nel nulla. Servizio clienti che ti riaggancia in faccia e mente spudoratamente, dopo 8 telefonate nell'arco di due settimane non si è ottenuta una singola informazione valida; se ci tenete a ciò che spedite e volete vederlo recapitato evitateli come la peste.
50Kg of goods for over € 600 in value and € 100 in shipping costs that left Germany over a month ago and disappeared into thin air. Customer service that hangs up on you face and mind shamelessly, after 8 phone calls in the span of two weeks not a single valid piece of information has been obtained; if you care about what you send and want to see it delivered, avoid them like the plague.
