La cosa peggiore è che doveva arrivare il giorno 11/12 ma non è stato così ma vabbè posso capire visto il periodo! Il tracciamento diceva che sarebbe stato consegnato il 12/12 rimango in casa tutto il giorno invano visto che il pacco non si è visto! Oggi ancora nulla ma la cosa bella è che dal 12 provo a chiamare e nulla, provo a contattare il customer service online e il sito non va! Veramente assurdo! Mai più TNT ma soprattutto NON PAGATE DI PIÙ PER AVERE UN SERVIZIO INESISTENTE! A package sent on Wednesday 9/12 paying a plus to be sure of delivery on time as of today 14/12 has not yet been seen. The worst thing is that it was supposed to arrive on 11/12 but it wasn't like that but oh well I can understand given the period! The tracking said it would be delivered on 12/12 I stay at home all day in vain since the package has not been seen! Today still nothing but the nice thing is that from 12 I try to call and nothing, I try to contact the customer service online and the site does not work! Really absurd! Never again TNT but above all DON'T PAY MORE FOR A NON-EXISTING SERVICE!

Pacco fermo in magazzino a Peschiera Borromeo per piu di 10 giorni,data di consegna sempre posticipata,SMS di non avvenuta consegna per non aver trovato il destinatario,io sempre in casa...son dovuto andare io in magazzino per poter ritirare il pacco....ridicoli Bad !!!! Parcel stopped in the warehouse in Peschiera Borromeo for more than 10 days, delivery date always postponed, SMS of non-delivery due to not having found the recipient, I am always at home ... I had to go to the warehouse to be able to collect the package. ... ridiculous
A	Aleee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggiore "coorriere" esiste. Pacco partito 3gg fa e non ancora arrivato per fare poco più di 200 kg. SCONSIGLIATO NEL MODO PIÙ ASSUOLUTO. The worst "co-courier" exists. Parcel started 3 days ago and not yet arrived to make just over 200 kg. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
a	alessia marini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto questa mattina a Bologna un pacco spedito ieri pomeriggio dalla Milano partita dalla sede di gran sasso. La consegna è stata nel mio caso velocissima. Il tracciamento veramente perfetto, con aggiornamenti puntuali e precisi dalla spedizione alla consegna. Il corriere mi ha telefonato prima di effettuare la consegna accertandosi che fossi a casa per il ritiro del pacco. Per la mia esperienza sono veramente soddisfatta di TNT e lo giudico assolutamente affidabile. Consigliatissimo!!
