★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recato la DHL di Viale Romagna, 57 a Milano per effettuare un reso Amazon con modalità "reso facile senza stampa di etichetta". Le indicazioni di Amazon sono chiare: "consegna il tuo pacco senza stampare alcuna etichetta", non per niente Amazon non invia più la lettera di vettura! Nonostante il reso facile senza stampa di etichetta, il personale mi ha maleducatamente ripreso perchè non avevo stampato l'etichetta. Quando ho fatto presente che era un reso senza stampa ha continuato a polemizzare con me e con Amazon. Infine ho detto che se per lui era un problema mi sarei rivolto ad altro service point DHL mi ha riposto che gli facevo solo un piacere. Pessima esperienza!
 Today I went to DHL in Viale Romagna, 57 in Milan to make an Amazon return with "made easy without label printing" mode. Amazon's indications are clear: "deliver your package without printing any label", not for nothing Amazon no longer sends the waybill! Despite the easy return without label printing, the staff rudely reprimanded me for not printing the label. When I mentioned that it was a no-print return, he continued to argue with me and Amazon. Finally I said that if it was a problem for him I would go to another service point. DHL told me that I was doing him only a favor. Bad experience!
