★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corrieri lazzaroni, poverini non riescono a consegnare il pacco da tre giorni perché hanno troppo carico di lavoro. Io che ho bisogno del pacco per lavorare invece devo stare ad aspettare come un cane i loro comodi. La spedizione, che dovrebbe essere espressa, è stata pagata circa 50$ ed è stata affidata a DHL il 14 ottobre. Oggi, 4 Novembre, sono ancora in attesa. La dogana è la cosa che funziona meglio in quell’azienda, sempre pronta a chiedere mille certificazioni e farti fare mille dichiarazioni, per poi farti pagare i dazi per il loro “gentile” servizio di controllo. Assistenza clienti ridicola e a pagamento, strategia atta a limitare le rotture di ..... per il loro servizio scadente. In sostanza il cliente paga sia quando ti scassano con la dogana, sia quando deve contestare qualcosa.
Poi ti mandano le email e ti chiamano per convincerti ad usare il loro centro di logistica aziendale, io dovrei far attendere i miei clienti una vita per ricevere il loro ordine? No comment
