This left luggage place has a terrible service and they were even laughing at us in Italian because we just wanted to make sure how much was it in total. Price was reasonable but I would not recommend it if there are other places.

This luggage hold location was AMAZING. We stopped in and dropped off our luggage for a few hours between train rides and then went and walked around Milan. We came back, checked out and got our luggage right away. I think to hold your luggage for the first few hours is only 5 euros per piece. Well worth it and the service was fast and friendly.

It's a trap! Don't got there! Worst place ever. Not safe and very bad service. Don't trust them. They increase the price negotiated before when you come to take your luggage! And you have no choice: pay or leave without your luggage!!

Unreasonable prices and unreasonable staff. First, they made us pay the full price for four pieces of luggage, when two of which were tiny backpacks. Second, they made us pay the price for a full extra hour on all 3 pieces because we were 1 minutes past the pick-up time (and in those two minutes we were already waiting in line). We had a similar bad experience with Kipoint in Rome(Roma CAPITALE). They clearly take advantage of the fact that they are the only ones where you can leave your luggage INSIDE the station(Milano Centrale). One should just use instead the other luggage deposits right outside the station...

Very poor service and a rip off! They only want cash and have only one member in the standard lane and 4 in the fast lane doing nothing at all. The fast lane is double the price... Very poor service!!!

Apparently she told us they would close at 8pm but my girlfriend and I both misheard it as 10pm. We also asked if it would be okay to pick up our suitcase in 5 hours (20.30) which was confirmed and there is also a paper on the door when you walk in that tells you today it closes at 10pm but please don’t believe that. They always close at 8pm and only open at 8am. It caused us to miss our non refundable train and book a hotel (€160). When we explained him the story he immediately started saying that we heard it wrong and it was our fault, we couldn’t even get a apology and even had to pay for the extra time they stored our suitcase (€20,50).
