Hello, I went to the store for 1 refill and it is not possible that you have to wait 2h ..... okay, apart from this wait, they are not friendly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma servizio pessimo. Per fare un nuovo numero sono stata in attesa 40 minuti, dalle 10,15 orario di apertura alle 11 circa perché la commessa era da sola. La cosa che non ho apprezzato è la gestione della situazione, essere servita in alternanza ad altri clienti che stavano stipulando un finanziamento per l'acquisto di un telefono. Mi dispiace ma non credo di rivolgermi nuovamente in futuro a questo negozio in particolare.
I'm sorry but bad service. I was waiting 40 minutes to dial a new number, from 10.15 opening hours to about 11 because the saleswoman was alone. The thing I did not appreciate is the management of the situation, being served alternately to other customers who were taking out a loan for the purchase of a telephone. I'm sorry but I don't think I will return to this particular shop again in the future.
