Due giorni a fare avanti e indietro x il negozio non risolvendomi il problema. Per di più dicendo che quel problema esisteva già all' inizio. Lasciamo perdere. Incompetenti è la parola che si adatta di più a loro.
 To say that they don't know how to do their job is so much .. I brought a phone with a problem, they solved it for me but they aggravated another. Two days to go back and forth to the shop not solving the problem. Moreover, saying that the problem already existed at the beginning. Forget it. Incompetent is the word that suits them the most.
