★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in negozio alle 18:30 il negozio era pieno, la signorina dietro il bancone (Vanessa se non sbaglio) è stata con tutti di una disponibilità e di una gentilezza indescrivibile. Si è trattenuta in negozio sino oltre le 20:30 per poter dar seguito alle richieste dei Clienti e dimostrando educazione, gentilezza e comprensione con tutti. Complimenti! se ci fossero più persone come lei dietro al banco i servizi sarebbero sicuramente più apprezzati!
I went to the shop at 18:30 the shop was full, the young lady behind the counter (Vanessa if I'm not mistaken) was with everyone of an indescribable kindness and availability. She stayed in the shop until after 8:30 pm to be able to follow up on customers' requests and demonstrate education, kindness and understanding with everyone. Compliments! if there were more people like her behind the counter, the services would certainly be more appreciated!

La ragazza ci ha illustrato un pacchetto che includeva le nostre esigenze e chiedendo i dati della mia compagna con i numeri di telefono che nel giro di un paio di giorni ci avrebbe chiamato. Purtroppo siamo ancora qui ad aspettare dopo13 giorni e io cliente Tim da una vita non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento così vergognoso ...io penso che non siamo in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di clienti dobbiamo cambiare lavoro nel rispetto della clienteladi
I was in this shop 13 days ago me and my partner because she had to make a change of contract with the addition of Tim Invision. The girl showed us a package that included our needs and asked for my partner's data with the phone numbers that she would call us in a couple of days. Unfortunately we are still here to wait after 13 days and I, a customer of Tim for a lifetime, have never received such a shameful treatment ... I think that we are not able to meet the needs of customers we have to change jobs in respect of the clientele.
