Assolutamente non consigliato! Very bad experience, very rude staff and bad repair. I had to take the phone to another center to get it fixed again. Absolutely not recommended!

Vetro rotto del mio samsung (1 anno di vita riparazione del solo vetro perchè tutto il resto era funzionante) chiamo per chiedere per la riparazione e mi viene detto che il pezzo deve essere ordinato, aspetto 4 giorni e porto il mio telefono, lo lascio, e nel tragitto di rientro a casa ricevo innumerevoli chiamate dal commesso che mi dice che riscontra malfunzionamenti in diverse componenti prima la batteria,poi l'antenna. Morale della favola, non mi hanno voluto riparare il telefono perchè "non se la sentivano" altrimenti lo avrebbero mandato in assistenza (aspettando diverse settimane e con responso incerto). Riporto a casa il telefono che si presenta visibilmente danneggiato, incollato in modo pessimo e che non da più segni di vita. Molto probabilmente la parte funzionale è stata danneggiata nel tentativo maldestro di rimettere lo schermo nuovo. Per un semplice cambio schermo dovrò riacquistare un telefono nuovo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. I put a star because less can't be done. Broken glass of my samsung (1 year of life only glass repair because everything else was working) I call to ask for the repair and I am told that the piece must be ordered, I wait 4 days and bring my phone, I leave it, and on the way back home I receive countless calls from the clerk who tells me that he experiences malfunctions in various components, first the battery, then the antenna. Moral of the story, they didn't want to repair the phone because they "didn't feel like it" otherwise they would have sent him to assistance (waiting several weeks and with uncertain response). I bring home the phone that is visibly damaged, badly glued and that no longer gives signs of life. Most likely the functional part was damaged in an awkward attempt to put the screen back. For a simple screen change I will have to buy back a new phone. Vettonia.

Ho dovuto cambiare la batteria al mio ASUS zenfone 3 e dopo appena 2giorni e arrivata e oggi l hanno sostituita in breve tempo facendo un lavoro eccellente e professionale, ribadisco che sono gentilissimi quindi consiglio vivamente dal comprare una semplice cartuccia della stampante alle riparazioni di smartphone. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI I had a great time the owner just saw my call and immediately called me back. I had to change the battery on my ASUS zenfone 3 and after just 2 days it arrived and today they replaced it in a short time doing an excellent and professional job, I repeat that they are very kind so I highly recommend from buying a simple printer cartridge to smartphone repairs. GOOD GOOD GOOD
P	Peppuz “Pz” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vabene, ho scelto uno schermo "compatibile" per la riparazione, ma dopo aver speso 230 euro non mi aspettavo che bastava poggiare il telefono per romperlo dinuovo entra 24 ore dalla riparazione. 1 stella perche obbligato. Servizio efficientema qualita del prodotto sotto zero. Totalmente deluso e contrariato. Okay, I chose a "compatible" screen for the repair, but after spending 230 euros I didn't expect that it was enough to put the phone down to break it again within 24 hours of repair. 1 star because obliged. Efficient service but product quality below zero. Totally disappointed and upset.
