★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarpa che uso da anni, ...peccato che sabato quando sono andata in via Grossotto, il ragazzo che mi ha seguito, (Dario),mi ha annunciato che nn c 'era il colore in quel numero, e dato che nn potevo aspettare perché si trattava di un regalo, e' riuscito ad "intortarmi"(nel senso più positivo del termine), e a farmi acquistare un altro colore che credo mai nella vita avrei preso!
Il tutto con una calma , pacatezza e convinzione, senza essere assolutamente invadente ed insistente, come solo un bravissimo venditore sa e può fare!
Grazie Dario per la tua professionalità ed estrema gentilezza....regalo piaciuto molto..ed avevi pienamente ragione!!!
 Shoe that I have been using for years, ... pity that on Saturday when I went to via Grossotto, the boy who followed me, (Dario), announced to me that there was no color in that number, and since I could not wait because it was a gift, he managed to "get me" (in the most positive sense of the term), and to get me to buy another color that I never believe in life I would have taken!
All with a calm, calmness and conviction, without being absolutely intrusive and insistent, as only a very good salesman knows and can do!
Thanks Dario for your professionalism and extreme kindness .... a very nice gift .. and you were absolutely right !!!

After only one week one of the two shoes was torn (worn only once), I was told at the shop that I would get an answer, but after more than three months everything is silent.
