★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato questa mattina un costumino da regalare. Ho mandato poi la foto a mia nipote che ha preferito l'altro tra cui ero indecisa. Neanche mezz' ora dopo torno quindi al negozio con scontrino e costume intatto e chiedo il cambio. L'altro costava circa 5 euro in meno . mi obbligano ad acquistare altra merce perché non fanno buoni né rimborsi. . A questo punto devo io 2 euro...il bancomat non funziona e mi obbligano a d andare a prelevare. Ma io dico...non era più semplice ridarmi 5 euro e avere una cliente contenta?
I bought this morning a costume to give away. I then sent the photo to my granddaughter who preferred the other one among which I was undecided. Not even half an hour later I go back to the shop with the receipt and the costume intact and ask for a change. The other one cost around 5 euros less. they force me to buy other goods because they don't make vouchers or refunds. . At this point I owe 2 euros ... the ATM does not work and they force me to go to withdraw. But I say ... wasn't it easier to give me back 5 euros and have a happy customer?
