★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The line to get the car into the parking house was long and slow, but not because there was no room inside. They just wouldn't let cars in faster.
Once inside, we were forced to leave the car keys in the car. That felt very uncomforting! (but luckily it seemed untouched when we got back later same day).

26 euro/day is not that bad. Location is good. You can go to the tourist information in the ground floor to buy maps/ tickets for the boats or special offers. You have quite good access to the boat lines where you can reach any point of Venice by boat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and big parking lot although you may have to park at one of the top floors.
Quite annoying that they don’t include a service to pay at the exit with credit card; we forgot our parking ticket in a the car and had to climb the huge flight of stairs up and down.
Parking is a flat 26€ for a day.
