C est honteux On a été bien accueilli par madame qui palait Français Sinon le pass pour visite c est une pseudo anarque Heureusement on a acheté la moins chère A priori incontournable pour palais des doges Mais ils vous indiquent 3 musées inclus en plus Alors que c est un seul site musée corer qui englobe les 3 Sachant que c est sympa et à voir donc on regrette pas Mais sur le principe c est honteux Et pour les 3 églises y en a une qui est gratuite de base !!! J ose pas imaginer pour les pass plus chère Et pas la peine d avoir un pass coupe file pour vaporeto, y en a pas besoin, on entre facile, les gens s aglutine vers l entréeais on a toujours pu s assoir cool Venise est magnifique mais c est organisé pour être une pompe à fric Bonne visite The office is not there! But next to the plazza roma vaporeto station The tourist office website is not even up to date! It is shameful We were well received by the lady who spoke French Otherwise the visit pass is a pseudo anarchic Fortunately we bought the cheapest A priori essential for the Doge's Palace But they indicate 3 museums included in addition While it is a single Korean museum site which includes the 3 Knowing that it is nice and to see so we do not regret But in principle it is shameful And for the 3 churches there is one which is free of charge !!! I dare not imagine for the more expensive passes And no need to have a skip-the-line pass for vaporeto, there is no need, we get in easy, people flock to the entrance we have always been able to sit cool Venice is beautiful but it's organized to be a money pump Have a nice visit

P	Petra Cejka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ask in informations for free map, we saw maps on the desk, but lady in informations said she will only sell us the map for 3€, she was not polite at all, she looked as she hate tourists and the rest of the world shocking and shane ? - so we get map in the hotel reception,
G	Guadalupe Silveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't explain anything to you about how to visit the city or the main attractions. Also when you ask questions they seem annoyed. The person that we talked to told us that on Sunday churches were closed, which is wrong, and didn't think to tell us that the same day we were visiting some museums were opened till 11pm! We missed some spots because of this wrong information. Shameful in a city like Venezia wich has been having tourism for decades. It seems that they had enough and only want tourists that expend a lot of many in tourism packs.

But then I asked for directions to San Marco Piazza and was told you can't get lost in Venice as it's an island ??? How wrong she was, our guide even said how easy it was to get lost there. She was very rude and most unhelpful.
