★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you arrive by car, you won't have that much of a choice when it comes to parking.
This huge parking offers almost 4000 spaces for cars. The regular lot costs 21 Euros per day. And that's really fine considering this is Venice. If you feel like your car isn't safe enough this way there are more expensive VIP lots with security and video surveillance.
When we arrived though the lot was full. Completely. So we had to park the car behind the building at the water. Another huge lot run by the same company. Same prices. But it's outside. Since we had a rental car we didn't mind. The car was fine and safe though, so no worries.
From here just take the ACTV water bus. It's cheap and brings you directly to the Piazzale Roma, to Ferrovia (the main train station) or even further. Just a few steps from the parking lot away. It's the best way to get to town. Ignore private water taxis or other offers. Just take the water Bus No. 2. You can buy it at the water bus station or at the lower level of the parking, where you also find free and clean restrooms.
We did the same thing and were at Ferrovia in no time. No problem with our luggage and our dog (free - not ticket needed).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beside being expensive, the parking is very far from Venice, keep that in mind if you will put your car there. To go the island you will pay additional 7.5 euro per person to take a boat to Venice. if you choose to leave your car there you will be faced with some people guiding you to take a boat to Venice, just don't listen to them they are a gang not linked to any formal agency and they will simply use your ignorance (specially don't buy the return ticket). my advice if you are already in the parking is to take the public transport (boat), machines to buy the tickets are available in the covered parking. A better choice is to park your car in the main land and take a tram, it will cost you 1.5 EUR per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This parking is good place to leave your car when visiting Venice. It is safe and you will find place or sure. The only draw back that it is overpriced(22 Euro/day) and you have to go to the ground floor to pay your parking ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confusing entrance and exit. Warning** be aware of scam. They will act in team, very helpful, assist you to get out of the building to get ferry to San Marco... Follow them anyway to get out of the building but don't believe when they tell you "buy the tickets here" their ticket office is just near the People Mover station... You cross the road to buy ticket there...there will be only 3 stops. From Tronchetto to last stop... You can get the ferry to San Marco
the ticket office where I called 'scam' is actually the private shuttle boat something like that but I definitely oppose and disrespect to any ticket office that tries to sell their services in a tricky way.
If you have private shuttle boat... Ok be honest and offer what you have. Do not trick people just because they don't know, just because they are looking for help, just because they think you are kind and helpful... But actually you took advantage of the situation. Running the business in this way is unacceptable ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy parking for daily visitors. ?️ All day parking for EUR 22 - anything beyond 3 hours. ?⏰ Large parking spaces well marked. ? Entreance a little narrow albeit hard for van or bigger SUV drivers. ?? Vending machines offer a variety of products from city maps to food & beverages. ??? Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. ? It’s right at the entrance of Venice. From there one can take the boats for a ride in canal to reach tourist destinations. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to park. Easy to get to Venice ( ferry just 150 meters away). Going back towards the entry one can get to Venice center on foot and enjoy the bridges and narrow roads and canals and piazzas all along the way...
