If you have a reservation you can skip the queue. You have to leave the key in the car. There is a guard/attendant on each floor. For the exit, pay at the ground floor, show the receipt to the guard/attendant on your floor. On the ground floor you have to show the receipt again before exiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy process to book online. Attendants were very helpful and informative. The garage itself is a little scary because the ramps are so narrow and are open. Not sure how much could be changed about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check IN worked quickly and easily, thanks to pre-registration via the homepage. Was very surprised that we had to leave the car unlocked and the key in the car. The employee was very unfriendly and referred us to another parking garage if we wanted to lock the car. The car was parked around while it was parked for 3 days. Also something that was not expected. Collection and payment was easy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy parking here with pre- booking. Expensive like all parking in Venice, but got 20% off with a voucher from my hotel (provided by my hotel at checkout). Had to leave keys in the car as expected, but felt safe enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bit strange that we had to leave the car open and leave the key inside but at the end nothing happened and the car was safe all the time. There is a great view from the top. I parked on floor 7 and it was great driving up although for not experienced drivers it will be a challenge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is convenient and there aren't many other options. A little pricey, but again it's a matter of convenience. Getting in was no issue and as others have mentioned it's a little strange and nervewracking to have to leave the keys in the car. The problem we had was when leaving. There was a big scratch/scuff of yellow paint on the back of the mirror on the passenger side of our rental car. The attendant was rude and very challenging when we brought it to his attention. He got the manager who basically told us it wasn't their problem. Very disappointing service considering we spent €135 to park here and it was recommended by our hotel. Not sure what recourse we have, but want others to be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, right off the highway as soon as you enter Venice. I got discounted rate from my hotel. Excellent service by the garage/parking staff. You have to leave your key in the car as they have to move your car to accommodate others. But the garage has plenty of security cameras and guards on each floor. If you need anything from your car later, you have to show your ticket (that has your plate number ). So that ensures only you can go to your car, not random strangers.
Highly recommended for Venice trip. Will use their service anytime again.
