 Through Fiona we got to know Venice from its MOST BEAUTIFUL SIDE,
the - historical and cultural - highlights were carefully selected, everything was explained to us wonderfully!
We couldn't have made a better choice and thank Fiona for everything!

Nos vendieron un Tour con comentarios en Español y cuando llegamos lo que tenían era una aplicación de internet que tenias que bajar( de la cual, no nos habían informado) con unos cuantos comentarios esporádicos que para nada comparaban con el producto que se le proporcionó al resto del equipo. Sólo los que hablan español estaban excluidos del Tour, y tenían que traer sus propios equipos. Al resto del Tour se les proporcionó lo reservado.
Si hablas español, no reserves con esta compañía. Obviamente no tienen don de servicio al cliente.
Terrible! We do not recommend them at all. They sold us a Tour with comments in Spanish and when we arrived what they had was an internet application that you had to download (of which they had not informed us) with a few sporadic comments that did not compare at all with the product that was provided to the rest of the team. Only those who speak Spanish were excluded from the Tour, and had to bring their own equipment. The rest of the Tour was provided with what was reserved.
If you speak Spanish, do not book with this company. They obviously have no knack for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te venden un paseo en góndola de 30 minutos con explicaciones, pero la realidad es la siguiente: explicación de 30 minutos mientras vas andando a coger la góndola y 15 MINUTOS de paseo en góndola sin ningún tipo de comentario por parte del gondolero.
Al llegar transmití mi decepción al encargado y su respuesta fue que no podía hacer nada. Una absoluta VERGÜENZA!!!
They sell you a 30-minute gondola ride with explanations, but the reality is this: 30-minute explanation while you walk to catch the gondola and 15 MINUTES of gondola ride without any comment from the gondolier.
Upon arrival I conveyed my disappointment to the manager and his response was that there was nothing he could do. An absolute SHAME!!!

We spent one of our most beautiful days in Venice with Fiona - our golden wedding. We hired her for a city tour, she arranged a gondola ride and made this day a highlight in our lives. Thank you for your expertise, your friendliness and the perfect inclusion of our 4-year-old grandson in this event. It was just awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESTAFA absoluta. Esto siento después de contratar un tour con ellos. Ofrecen un paseo en góndola de MEDIA HORA, con comentarios del gondolero y el tiempo de navegación fue de escasos 15 MINUTOS. El gondolero no abrió la boca en todo el trayecto. Nos quejamos al responsable de la empresa y nos dijo que era lo que había, que no podía hacer nada. En lugar de hablar con los gondoleros y exigir que cumplan con lo contratado, se lavan las manos. Absolutamente lamentable. No lo recomiendo.
Absolute SCAM. This is what I feel after hiring a tour with them. They offer a HALF HOUR gondola ride, with comments from the gondolier and the navigation time was barely 15 MINUTES. The gondolier didn't say a word the whole way. We complained to the person in charge of the company and he told us that it was what there was, that he could not do anything. Instead of talking to the gondoliers and demanding that they comply with the contract, they wash their hands. Absolutely unfortunate. I do not recommend it.
