★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service by the staff at the desk. The lady got annoyed at customers whenever they asked any questions. The tour guide was also not patient when she was asked questions dyring the tour and she repeated the same thing over and over and over. "This city is very special, very expensive". I thoroughly enjoyed all my other tours with other companies in Italy whilst this one got to the point where I was thinking of leaving the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must be reading about another company when I read some of the negative comments or my wife and I just got lucky as I thought they were fantastic. The tours were good value for money. We did the 44€ guided walking tour and 30min gondola ride and yes you did have to share the gondola with four other people but what do you expect when everywhere else charge 80€ for 30 mins.
Our guide Andreas on the walking tour was arguably the best tour guide we have ever encountered, his passion for the city was contagious and his stories were always interesting, he took you to areas you would never see off the beaten track and enthuse " this is my Venice"- absolutely fabulous tour.
We also did the three island tour Murano, Burano and tortello and I would disagree with one of the previous reviews that say it was overpriced when they took you to the glass factory, everywhere in Venice is overpriced but this was no more or no less expensive. One thing I would warn people about is don't be late back to the boat. Our boat left four people behind who got to the dock just as the boat had left and were left behind as a result

It should have beed a guided tour in Italian for Venice Islands and never had such a bad experience. First to exchange tickets I needed to queue in the same ticketing place of the public transport. No indications. A boat for public transport was used and the sound was so bad that was impossible to hear. Tour was not specifically in Italian. Poor and worse tour ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know a lot of previous reviewers don’t like this place for poor service and all that.. but somehow we have no issue. We booked a 30 min gondola tour (no walking no nothing... just a basic boat tour) via Expedia and we love it. Perhaps we set the expectation very low to begin with... :)
So, my family of 3 got our own boat!!! Totally didn’t expect that. Then, the gondolier never talk to us but then we never expect any conversation.. We paid for the boat tour and we got the boat tour. Period. He did his job and took us around town and we entertained ourselves. Works for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello I found my experience with this company wonderful. We were running late for our gondola ride as the motor launch from our ship couldn't berth on time as the canal was extremely busy. The people were very understanding and put us on the next gondola no questions asked. Thank you for your great service and the terrific gondola ride. Venice is magical and we are telling everyone about your wonderful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling solo to Venice and you cannot book a shared shuttle from the airport to Venice if you are one only. I emailed them to see if I could join another shuttle and they said to check when I landed. I was lucky because there was space for me with two other couples. £30. one way. Very friendly and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly difficult to find where we were meant to go, ask for a map at the Travel Office to find your way. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The Gonderlier was very knowledgeable about the local area and its history (as well as speaking good English). He was very friendly and polite to us, even though we were unaccompanied minors. They were also very flexible with arrival times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used them twice once for the shared gondola ride and once for the airport taxi. The airport taxi was a breeze, driver was helpful and nice, great way to do it. The gondolas were okay, we knew it would be shared so that was okay but our gondolier was surly and really didn't like answering questions
