★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons visité ce magasin le 18/02/22. Après nous avoir demandé nos pass sanitaires, la responsable du magasin a dit à sa collègue tout fort en italien “ francesi sono stupidi”. N’appréciant pas l’idée d’être insultées, nous sommes parties sur le champ ! C’est totalement inadmissible. Je passe 2 mois par an à Venise et n’irai plus jamais dans ce magasin !
We visited this store on 2/18/22. After asking us for our sanitary passes, the store manager said to her colleague in loud Italian “francesi sono stupidi”. Not liking the idea of being insulted, we left immediately! It is completely unacceptable. I spend 2 months a year in Venice and will never go to this store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous arrivons à 10h35. La boutique est fermée. Nous profitons de la petite place pour prendre un café. Finalement vers 10h45, on voit un peut de lumière. On pousse la porte. La dame nous demande d’attendre dehors et met un coup de clé. Elle revient 3 min après et déverrouille sans ouvrir ou nous montrer le moindre signe de gêne. Je passe sur la suite mais c’est du niveau d’un point relai. Pas sympa, pas de conseil et plus occupée à faire autre choqe que de s’occuper de clients.
We arrive at 10:35. The shop is closed. We take advantage of the small square to have a coffee. Finally around 10:45 a.m., we see a bit of light. We push the door. The lady asks us to wait outside and puts a key. She comes back 3 minutes later and unlocks without opening or showing us the slightest sign of discomfort. I pass on the following but it is at the level of a relay point. Not friendly, no advice and more busy doing other things than taking care of customers.
