★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten über einen Terminal im Hotel Villa Patriarca eine Führung inkl. Eintritt im Dogenpalast und im Markusdom gebucht. Kurz nach Beginn der Führung durch den Dogenpalast teilte uns der Führer unserer Gruppe mit, dass der MArkusdom wegen Überfüllung ausfällt und wir uns wegen einer etwaigen Rückerstattung an den Veranstalter wenden sollen. Jedoch wurden an dem Tag noch jede Menge Eintrittskarten für den Markusdom vor Ort verkauft. Wir haben uns mehrmals an diese dubiose Firma Venetoinside gewandt und bekamen nicht mal eine Antwort geschweige denn unser Geld zurück. Ich kann nur jedem abraten, bei denen zu buchen!
We had booked a guided tour including entry to the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica via a terminal in the Hotel Villa Patriarca. Shortly after the start of the tour through the Doge's Palace, the guide of our group informed us that the Markus Cathedral was canceled due to overcrowding and that we should contact the organizer about a possible refund. However, a lot of tickets for St. Mark's Basilica were still sold on site that day. We contacted this dubious company Venetoinside several times and didn't even get an answer, let alone our money back. I can only advise everyone to book with them!

Arrivo con mezz'ora di anticipo al punto di partenza x capire il tutto, ed inizio già il giro, visto che il gondoliere era libero.
Sig. FERRUCCIO con cui abbiamo fatto il giro ed altri ragazzi che hanno aiutato la salita discesa dalla gondola professionali, sorridenti, cortesi.
Da riprovare.

I arrive half an hour early at the starting point to understand everything, and I already start the tour, since the gondolier was free.
Mr. FERRUCCIO with whom we did the tour and other guys who helped the descent from the gondola professional, smiling, courteous.
