★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I book the Private Gondola ride for couples with my husband at 6pm, went early to the meeting point to be Sure there Was and had a nice Gondolier who confirm it was, Unfurtunately my Dream to ride a Gondola was broke thanks to the Guy who drove us, starting from his rude attitude, no a Single explanation of a Highlight place during the ride, I understand the Gondolier is not obliged to be also a tourist guide during the ride, but He was TALKING BY PHONE AND SMOKING!!! It was absolutely upset to Pay for such a service, at the end we ask where is the Restaurant to have the included dinner He answered you should know where.. if you paid for it....I even Show the bill and the Reservation ticket where was NOT Information to have the dinner and He say I dont know....
guys I recomend to have the experience of the Gondola but dont expect the service will worth to pay 215€ for 20 min ride....btw finally I found the Restaurant and the service and food was absolutely the best (hostaria al Coristi)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. Don't book with them. They insisted that I walk in the rain to take a gondola ride in the rain. The customer service is below zero; insulting, demeaning and pointless. If you're in the hospitality business maybe be a little bit kinder to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the entry to the Doge´s Palace and the San Marco Dome in Venice electronically. The paper tickets were handed-out by Venice Tours Assistance Point. Unfortunately, this was a classic rip-off. Not only was the price 30% more than would have been the official price. The audio guide we booked was NOT a machine but only an app we needed to download to our smartphones for free. Worst of all, the paper tickets handed out to us also did NOT include entry to the St. Marcus Dome (as stated on the electronic ticket). The local office was totally non-responsive and non-understanding. A classic tourist rip-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our guide, Lorenzo, was fantastic. We do a walking tour in every city that we visit and this has by far been the most enjoyable. Lorenzo was very personable and tailored the tour to our interests. Not only did we hit the major sites but he also took us to several hidden gems. Far exceeded our expectations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic! Relaxing activity for people of any age. The owner was extremely welcoming and provided a lot of knowledge about the back stories of mask making and the techniques used to create them. We got to keep our masks and were offered discounts on the other beautiful masks sold in the shop. Wonderful workshop ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venice was flooding the day of our tour. We decided NOT to take the tour for that reason. We did not go on the tour at all (Basilica, Dodge & Gondola). Getting a full refund has been a nightmare. The tour guide said we went on the tour? WE DID NOT. It is a bold face lie and he should be fired for his ethics and arrogance. This company is unethical and brutal in their business practices. DO NOT BOOK TOURS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am writing TripAdvisor President Stephen Kaufer about this unethical and rude company. It was booked through Viator (owned by Trip Advisor) PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TOURS WITH THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We taken Murano-Burano tour on easter. Waited for 1h until we were “called” to the boat (to be honest i called company representative several times and after went on my own to look for the suitable boat), the first reaction of the captain was “ahhaa, you missed your boat, time is over”, though we were “packed” to one of the boats with lots of others (bought small group tour up to 10, got approx 60 heads on one boat).. badly organised, too short presentation in english (italian and english only, even some of group members purchased the tour through other provider in german). Anyway-those are places to visit, lot of emotions received (feeling of italian lack of haste one of them:) 3 stars for difficulties for my daughter (3years old) who hates waiting) and too short stay on Burano (its fantastic, need more time for it)
