★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the greatest thrill of my mother's lifetime. We reserved our time slot via email and was allowed to change it without any issues. Our guide, Pedro was very pleasant and accommodating. Taking the 45 minute tour was worth the additional cost. I recommend this service to eveyone traveling to Venice.
