Stamattina sono stata accolta dalle commesse con poco garbo, pertanto libera di scrivere ciò che voglio sul mio profilo IG, ho fatto una storia in cui lamentavo l'esperienza poco piacevole (ma tutto sommato totalmente irrilevante). Ebbene, manco fossimo in un film di Francis Ford Coppola, sono stata intercettata da ben due profili, di cui uno anonimo ovviamente. Il profilo anonimo mi ha scritto che "avevo problemi" mentre il secondo, quello di Parfois Trapani IG mi intimava di "dire le cose in faccia e di andare a risolvermela in negozio". Mi sento in dovere di ricordare all'intero staff che il customer service è un settore soggetto a giudizio e, quando svolto con noncuranza, anche negativo, preventivabile. Lo so perché ci lavoro. Violare la mia privacy e permettersi di contattare persone a me connesse per chiedere informazioni su di me ed in seguito contattare pure me e disturbarmi con fare da bulli, non credo sia una buona pubblicità per il brand.
I regret that I will never enter this shop again. This morning I was greeted by the orders with little politeness, therefore free to write what I want on my IG profile, I made a story in which I complained about the unpleasant experience (but all in all totally irrelevant). Well, even if we were not in a Francis Ford Coppola film, I was intercepted by two profiles, one of which is anonymous of course. The anonymous profile wrote me that "I had problems" while the second, that of Parfois Trapani IG, told me to "tell things to my face and go and solve it in the shop". I feel compelled to remind the entire staff that customer service is a sector subject to judgment and, when carried out carelessly, even negative, predictable. I know why I work on it. Violating my privacy and allowing myself to contact people connected to me to ask for information about me and then contact me as well and bother with bullying, I don't think it's good advertising for the brand.
