Chiedo però più cura per l'esterno del negozio con aiuole piene di erbacce e spazzatura, per rendere più accogliente il punto vendita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato (più di una volta) le scarpe Asso per mia figlia e sulla confezione c'era scritto che c'era un regalo, la commessa al momento del pagamento e facendolo notare, mi ha detto che non era disponibile. Poco ci credo perché ad ogni tot di scatole di scarpe corrispondono tot di regali.
I bought (more than once) the Asso shoes for my daughter and on the package it said that there was a gift, the saleswoman at the time of payment and pointing it out, told me it was not available. I don't believe so much because every tot of shoe boxes correspond to a tot of gifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stata al negozio per un cambio ...preciso che avevo perso lo scontrino...ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Fabrizio e Francesca che con la pazienza professionalità e serietà hanno cercato il mio pagamento bancomat effettuato nelle pecedenti giornate e mi hanno consentito il cambio. GRazie Fabrizio e Francesca dovrebbero essere tutti come voi...non so quanti negozi avrebbero fatto ciò o mi avrebbero liquidato...non ha scontrino non può cambiarlo.Grazie a voi acquisterò sempre da Scarpinando.
Today I went to the shop for a change ... I specify that I had lost the receipt ... I was lucky enough to meet Fabrizio and Francesca who, with patience, professionalism and seriousness, searched for my ATM payment made in the previous days and allowed me the change. Thanks Fabrizio and Francesca they should all be like you ... I don't know how many shops would have done this or liquidated me ... has no receipt, can't change it. Thanks to you I will always buy from Scarpinando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stato al negozio non c'erano molti clienti e 3 commesse ho fatto notare alla commessa che avevo bisogno di qualcuno per scegliere delle scarpe ma mi ha detto di aspettare che si liberasse una collega dopo 10 minuti di attesa ho visto entrare altre persone e la commessa è andata incontro per vedere cosa avevano bisogno a quel punto sono andato via dicendo alla commessa che sarei ritornato un altro giorno magari quando le commesse sarebbero state più libere e non si è preoccupata di chiedere scusa ma ha solo risposto al saluto, poco organizzati e reattivi manca di una coordinatrice per verificare i clienti presenti in negozio e gestire le esigenze degli utenti, disorganizzati. Sono ritornato oggi sabato questa volta meglio organizzati con più personale subito disponibili e reattivi in miglioramento rispetto a prima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche meno di una stella, nei prodotti c'è un prezzo abbastanza a carattere grande imposto suppongo dall'azienda e poi affianco un altro prezzo ( più alto), quindi il primo che un cliente nota è quello più basso ,arrivata in cassa la sorpresa. Non credo sia legale scrivere due prezzi.
Even less than a star, in the products there is a fairly large price imposed by the company and then I suppose another (higher) price next to it, so the first that a customer notices is the lowest one, when the surprise arrives at the cashier . I don't think it's legal to write two prices.
