Poca trasparenza nelle targhette dei prodotti.
Data la nomea del negozio, ci dispiace esserci trovati male ed essere stati trattati con sufficenza quando abbiamo fatto notare l'errore commesso da loro.
Bad experience.
Staff confused with pricing, applying different discounts on the same product within minutes.

Su tre commesse ho parlato con due per un cambio e entrambe scortese ,non mi sembra corretto girare le spalle e andarsene mentre si dialoga , e inoltre non professionale . Dovevo fare un cambio e mi è stato detto che anche volendo il pc ,non glielho faceva fare ,cosa alquanto non vera , avrebbe fatto più figura a dire venga a chiusura o all'apertura che ce meno gente . Inoltre non solo per legge devono effettuare i cambi ,sono in obbligo a mettere su ogni articolo i prezzi ,cosa che non ho visto ,spero provvedano perche le multe sono salate .

Furthermore, not only do they have to make changes by law, they are obliged to put prices on each item, which I have not seen, I hope they do so because the fines are high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dover recensire negativamente uno dei pochi negozi a Trapani di pelletteria e valigeria ma mi sento umiliata dal trattamento oggi ricevuto da una commessa del negozio sito in Via Santa Maria Di Capua. Entro all’interno del punto vendita chiedendo informazioni su uno zaino da cabina. La Signora, visivamente scocciata, mi mostra tre modelli, di grande qualità e ad un prezzo che non metto assolutamente in discussione. Bensì nel momento in cui affermo che avrei semplicemente voluto spendere qualcosa in meno per quell’acquisto, la già citata Signora mi risponde: “ si, in alternativa può acquistare la busta della spesa : 50 cent e via” io onestamente resto attonita e ammutolita e nonostante l’umiliazione ricevuta continuo a rispondere con educazione. Ovviamente non ho acquistato nulla perché non avevo alcuna intenzione di spendere quella cifra ma allo stesso tempo anche se avessi voluto, non l’avrei più fatto. Spero vivamente che questi comportamenti insolenti e ineducati possano non ripetersi più in seguito. Per quanto mi riguarda mi rivolgerò ad altre aziende per i miei futuri acquisti.
I'm sorry to have to negatively review one of the few leather goods and luggage shops in Trapani but I feel humiliated by the treatment I received today from a saleswoman from the shop located in Via Santa Maria Di Capua. I enter the store asking for information on a cabin backpack. The lady, visually annoyed, shows me three models, of great quality and at a price that I absolutely do not question. But when I say that I simply wanted to spend a little less for that purchase, the aforementioned Lady replies: "yes, alternatively you can buy the shopping bag: 50 cents and go" I honestly remain astonished and speechless and despite the humiliation received, I continue to respond politely. Obviously I didn't buy anything because I had no intention of spending that amount but at the same time even if I wanted to, I would never have done it again. I sincerely hope that these insolent and uneducated behaviors may never repeat themselves later. As for me, I will contact other companies for my future purchases.
