Ho chiamato il subito il numero del servizio clienti...beh credo che una gentilezza, disponibilità, professionalità di quel tipo non l'ho mai riscontrata. La ragazza ha subito chiesto in azienda se c'era il colore che chiedevo e mi ha richiamato immediatamente dicendomi che aveva provveduto e mi avrebbe mandato una mail x seguire l'ordine. Credo che essere cortesi avvolte lo si faccia solo x mestiere, ma dimostrare di essere dei professionisti dietro una cornetta di un telefono non è da tutti. Quindi un grazie a Chiara del servizio clienti,sei stata una vera professionista e deontologicamente ineccepibile.....Grazie grazie grazie 1000 volte grazie.
30.12.2019...la borsa è fantastica, ed è arrivata come previsto nei tempi. Dato il vecchio pacco indietro al corriere e preso quello nuovo. Sono certo che un servizio del genere è svolto solo da chi ha grande professionalità e cura del cliente. Un grazie ed un saluto da un vostro nuovo cliente....da Pisa.
Hi I purchased a Nero Giardini bag through the internet, but when I opened it I realized I had entered the wrong color. I immediately called the customer service number ... well I think that a kindness, availability, professionalism of that type I have never found. The girl immediately asked the company if there was the color I was asking for and she called me back immediately telling me that she had done so and she would have sent me an email to follow the order. I believe that being courteously wrapped around is done only for a job, but proving to be professionals behind a telephone receiver is not for everyone. So thanks to Chiara for customer service, you were a true professional and ethically flawless ..... Thanks thanks thanks 1000 times thanks.
