Colpa mia che non le ho provate in negozio e che mi sono affidata alla buona fede contrattuale! Ho aspettato il riordine, come mi era stato detto, ma questa scarpa non è arrivata. Allorché mi sento dire che si faranno spedire la scarpa da Palermo e poi che la spedizione è partita. Non è mai stato spedito alcunché e non è mai arrivato nulla, nemmeno una telefonata per dirmi che non si erano premurate a fare ciò che era di loro competenza o per dirmi di cambiare le scarpe che ho acquistato con un altro modello. Non critico le dipendenti, carine e sorridenti, ma la responsabile da cui dipendevano, che oltre ad assumere questo atteggiamento di strafottenza è stata sgarbata nei toni. Sono consapevole che ci sono clienti e clienti ma anche venditori e venditori.
Detto questo, mi trovo bene con le scarpe dell'azienda e continuerò ad acquistarle... Fuori Trapani.
