Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe nel periodo natalizio, non disponibili in negozio decido di farle ordinare, la commessa mi dice che se non fosse andata bene la misura avrei potuto cambiarle
Il giorno dopo l'arrivo delle scarpe torno in negozio perché effettivamente avevo bisogno di una misura in più, ma la commessa ed il ragazzo che stavano alla cassa, dopo più di 10 minuti di discussione si sono rifiutati categoricamente di ri-ordinarle, nonostante sul sito ufficiale fossero disponibili.
Personale maleducato e non disponibile. Una vergogna.
 Bad experience. A star is already a lot
I bought a pair of shoes during the Christmas period, not available in the store, I decide to order them, the saleswoman tells me that if the size did not go well, I could have changed them
The day after the shoes arrive I go back to the shop because I actually needed an extra size, but the saleswoman and the guy who were at the checkout, after more than 10 minutes of discussion, categorically refused to re-order them, despite official website were available.
Rude and unhelpful staff. A shame.

Wide choice of sports shoes. Very helpful and nice staff, a little less when they try to sell you the shoe cleaning product.
