★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this park because it is full of trees and grass. It looks like to be outside of Rome. I suggest you to rent a bike or just walk in one of the oldest and most important Roman road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally walking on 2000 year old history and it stretches (in patches) for about 16km. I recommend to get a bike at the shop in the road. You can ride down the Appia way imagining what it would have been like thousands of yrs ago on the way to Brindisi;). There are many archeological ruins along the route, with the most up to 8 km mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing and fun trek. Highly recommend renting a mountain bike especially. There is a place right at the entrance that rents them for 5 euros an hour. The trails are moderately rough so dress appropriately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walk along Via Appia Antica, an ancient Roman Road, should be added in everyone's TOP 10 THINGS TO DO IN ROME. This place is spectacular, picturesque, relaxing and historic. There are many ruins and some churches along the way.
This place is worth a visit, especially on a sunny day.
