A	Andrea Cos Angeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperto solo su prenotazione. Ipogeo scoperto nel 1955 su due sezioni sotto un palazzo in restauro nel quartiere Appio Latino. Da non perdere. Open by reservation only. Hypogeum discovered in 1955 on two sections under a building under restoration in the Appio Latino district. Not to be missed.

Se potete rivedetevela!!! Perché come al solito è ben fatto e spiega moltissime cose ed Alberto ti fa sentire come se fossi un pochino anche tu lì :-) On 02/05/2018 they broadcast Ulysses: the pleasure of discovery, and Alberto Angela and his crew were here for the first part of the episode "Rome under Rome". If you can review it !!! Because as usual it is well done and explains a lot of things and Alberto makes you feel like you are a little bit there too :-)
M	Mariella Vargiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è bellissimo, ben organizzato anche nelle attività guidate dagli animatori (per altro instancabili) Un grande difetto è una infermeria praticamente inutile...non hanno per esempio aghi da insulina. ..? C'è un grande margine di miglioramento, però Sono fiduciosa in un veloce quanto necessario rinnovamento di un punto così fondamentale che è una adeguata infermeria in un luogo così intensamente frequentato da ogni genere di persona (ci vanno gruppi di bambini e ragazzi con i centri estivi e non solo) ? The place is beautiful, well organized even in the activities led by the animators (otherwise tireless) A big flaw is a practically useless infirmary ... they don't have insulin needles for example. ..? There is a lot of room for improvement, though I am confident in a quick and necessary renewal of such a fundamental point that it is an adequate infirmary in a place so intensely frequented by all kinds of people (groups of children and young people go there with summer centers and not only) ?

Mirabili gli affreschi su fondo bianco e straordinaria l'architettura. Vi si accede con permesso speciale e visita esclusivamente guidata . The Hypogeum, which is located below a building and which is accessed through a drain on the sidewalk, is of exceptional historical and artistic interest. The frescoes on a white background are admirable and the architecture extraordinary. It is accessed with a special permit and an exclusively guided tour.

L'ipogeo dovrebbe trovarsi sotto un tombino abbastanza largo con la dicitura "gas", come indicato da gentile residente. Pare che molto raramente (anni) venga visitato. Un vero peccato. By reservation only as described on gmaps. At the phone number indicated on gmaps they say to contact the specific number that they themselves do not know. The hypogeum should be located under a fairly large manhole with the wording "gas", as indicated by a kind resident. It seems that very rarely (years) it is visited. Such a pity.

Gestito dalla Pontificia l'accesso viene dato solo a prelati che ne fanno richiesta o saltuariamente per documentari, ma solo ad alti livelli.. per cui comuni mortali accontentatevi di visitarlo virtualmente o tramite documentari o per mezzo di foto a 360 che però, non rendono della bellezza del luogo. The hypogeum is among the most beautiful in Rome even if difficult to access. Managed by the Pontifical, access is given only to prelates who request it or occasionally for documentaries, but only at high levels .. so mere mortals are content to visit it virtually or through documentaries or through 360 photos which, however, do not make of the beauty of the place.
