I prezzi sono ottimi ed anche la qualità. Ogni volta che mi serve un consiglio sono sempre tutti gentili e se poi come me siete amanti delle piante grasse, Idea Verde è il vostro posto. e	elena puliti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non sono rimasta soddisfatta, ho comprato tutte le piante del mio terrazzo e ho fatto fare anche l'impianto di irrigazione, la persona che ha consegnato prima mi ha fatto un preventivo poi mi ha chiesto 20 euro in più non so a che titolo (in tutto avevo speso 500 euro quindi mi aspettavo uno sconto non un aumento). Dopo qualche mese le mie piante hanno cominciato a soffrire, ho chiamato più volte per chiedere un aiuto per capire se sono malate o se è il caldo ma ogni volta mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamata ma non è successo. Mi dispiace ma non mi rivolgerò più a loro!!!! I was not satisfied, I bought all the plants on my terrace and I also had the irrigation system done, the person who delivered first made me an estimate then asked me 20 euros more I don't know in what capacity (in everything I spent 500 euros so I expected a discount not an increase). After a few months my plants started to suffer, I called several times to ask for help to understand if they are sick or if it's hot but every time they told me they would call me back but it didn't happen. I am sorry but I will no longer turn to them !!!!

All’orario previsto il vivaista non si presenta all’appuntamento. Aspettiamo un’ora dopodiché ci presentiamo al vivaio e chiediamo spiegazioni. La persona con cui avevamo preso l’appuntamento con molta naturalezza (come se fosse normale) dice che si è dimenticato. Completa mancanza di professionalità e rispetto per noi clienti che abbiamo organizzato i nostri impegni in funzione di quell’appuntamento. Vivaio sconsigliato. Appointment made a week before for inspection. Appointment confirmed by telephone 2 hours before. At the scheduled time, the nurseryman does not show up for the appointment. We wait an hour and then we go to the nursery and ask for explanations. The person with whom we had made the appointment very naturally (as if it were normal) says that he has forgotten. Complete lack of professionalism and respect for us customers who have organized our commitments according to that appointment. Nursery not recommended.

Un vivaio di tutto rispetto con personale altamente qualificato e attento alle varie esigenze che nel mio caso ha coniugato benissimo spazi utilizzabili e aspettative. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Complimenti ai Sigg.ri Domenico e Lorenzo che hanno eseguito i lavori per rapidità, precisione ed educazione davvero sopra le righe e degna di nota che, ai tempi d'oggi, purtroppo, non è scontata. Soddisfattissimo! Consiglio vivamente! E un grazie particolare a Marco e Maria Grazia per i consigli e le attenzioni sempre graditi. Ci hanno dato suggerimenti ed alternative senza proporre soluzioni necessariamente tra le più costose. Puntuali e precisi, siamo davvero soddisfatti. Verremo presto per altri acquisti, il verde non è mai abbastanza! Wide variety of plants and pots (beautiful!) To choose from, competent and very helpful staff from the first contact. They gave us suggestions and alternatives without necessarily proposing the most expensive solutions. Punctual and precise, we are really satisfied. We will come soon for other purchases, green is never enough!
